EAD combo card delivers to the wrong address. please help!! so desperate
hi guys, I am so desperate . I was waiting for my combo card 10 months. finally I got approved last and was so happy. today I received a notification that my card was delivered, but I didn’t receive it. I checked a tracking number and they delivered the card to a different city, zip code. I can’t believe this is happening. is there is anything I can do? I talked to live agent. she told me I have to pay fee and refule, even thought it wasn’t my fault they just shipped the card to a wrong address.

go to that place and collect or try to know who lives in that address and get in touch with them

that’s the problem. there is no address , only zip code. they don’t want to provide address

ok... Go to usps or a carrier they used to mailed the card and explain to them. They will be able to help you but as a proof you can show them your ID

Did you moved? Usually, they only send cards to the address on the file. If you moved and did not change the address it might be on your last address. If have attorney might be there too.

It should not be a problem to retrieve the mail if you have tracking number. You can get from usps no big deal

the tracking number shows that card was delivered but to the wrong address

Talk to usps agent and you will get it. Restarting the process is not an option as per me

do you have an attorney? if yes, it may have been delivered to his office.

thank you guys for all your replies! I feel so stupid, but the card went to attorney. I just didn’t know he will receive it, not me
