SC is NBC. I don’t think my FO has anything to do with my EAD. My 485 is still under review status and they will send it to my FO later.

@branth- This was 130, 485, based EAD. My wife (USC) doesn’t work, so I was using my own OPT based income (which I was scared about, since yesterday that expired too!) so RFE for 864 discrepancy

Thabks! Good question, no. I did have a joint sponsor in place, but since I (beneficiary) made enough for the ‘household’, we ended up just telling USCIS that that is the route we are taking.
