So it looks like its finally being approved. I reached out Senator, so I figure it was that. Any questions are welcome. This is marriage-based and my interview hasn't been scheduled yet.

after you had your biometrics taken how long did you have the " uscis is actively reviewing your case " message? and how long did it take for the interview?

I didn't have an interview, just ready to be scheduled update on July 20th.. The only update I got for EAD after biometrics was card being produced today.

Fernando Juan I sent back the request form and info to Senator last week Thursday and now I got this update. I do not know if it had an impact but I got my update today, Thank God.

I got the update! You need to get a USPS account and sign up for informed delivery. That's how I knew there was a tracking number.
