EAD Approved!! NBC April filer you are next!
Hey guys!! I want to thank this community for providing comfort and actively updates on info/timeline. I have been looking for info/updates for almost every day and knowing what USCIS is currently process is very helpful. Thank you all filers for sharing the info. I hope I can bring hope to my April filers folk and assure you that you time is coming soon! As many of you may notice, now NBC is wraping up March filers and start working on April filers cases. The info here indicated that as of today, they are arroving until April 2nd. So here is my timeline and the details on my case. PD: April 1, 2021 NBC service center MSC219115XXXX FO: Manhattan (New York) Marriage-based AOS Interview already scheduled for the end of November (got update on October 15) Hope you guys get update very soon too!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏 #EAD #Marriage-based #AOS #April

omg!! thank you for sharing!! Thank you. thank you!!!! I knew it, they where gonna start soon. You got the card already?? does the status get updated?? how is it?. my PD is april 14th.. I'm feeling so hopeful!! thank you for your updates!!!

April 2nd here !!! I’m confused as if you are suppose to receive the EAD and AP or combo card before your interview ? my EAD abd AP status is received 7-8 months ago, biometrics done on august 30th and ready to schedule interview since October 8th.. how long before I get my interview schedule or the combo card ? mine is I-485 marriage based as well !! I’m so desperate to get the combo card and be able to work and travel, I haven’t visited my home country and family in almost 5 years !! my daughter is 3 .. is the interview hard ? what do they ask !! sorry that I got so many questions but I’m losing hope here !!

@Chris K @H K @M Jr @Ghandy D Thanks guys, I wish you get the good news very soon too! @Denis g Im sure it will arrive soon! @Johana E Im sorry to hear that :( I wish they let you submit the inquiry for the delayed case now. Hope you get the news soon. @G K thank you! yeah for April 1st peeps!! @Mohamed B congrats on the interview date! I believe your EAD is on the way as well! @Ana Roberts No, I havn’t recieved the card yet. I just got the status update that new card is being produced. Yours should get EAD within this month too! @Adela Hale yeah, in regular process you suppose to get combo card before the interview. How long before you get your interview date depends on where your field work is and if they have a lot of cases in their hand or not. I did not get the interview yet so I did not know for sure what they will ask but will definitely share here once I have done that. Have you tried expidite the case yet? I tried but it did not work. If things goes smoothly, you should recieve the new about EAD being produced within this week or next. 🙏

congrats ! asylum based green cards are stuck at NBC since June 2020….

@quircky t oh sorry to hear that. :( I wish that USCIS can make asylum based in a higher level of priority so they can procees it faster. You have been very patient and I hope that you will recieve update very soon 🙏

can anyone explain how Emma's services work? The reason I would like to know the date is when I have to go to the interview before sending the letter to my address.

@thev Ben go to emma then type live chat , then you will get options, then u will connect to live agent will ask u for name and DOB and address.. then u ask him about date of interview

@ mohamed zaghloul i think they are the same processing time, u can check USCIS processing time of ur form and compare
