EAD approved
After 1 year EAD was approved, but advance parole is still pending. And I-140 for EB3-1 still pending as well.

at least u can work. my husband and I applied Oct 2021 and still waiting. we are broke with two kids. USCIS don’t care. I’m pretty sure my country would not treat an American this way
