you can try to inquiry with local congress, if no help, you can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"

@Dee Grace first it said card is produced and next it says case is approved the next day. some people said it take 15 days for the card to be mail and I am past week and have to wait for another week.

@dee bee first notification is card it being produced and then case is approved and then card is mailed and finally card is delivered by usps

USCIS is causing uncertainties and confusion. They can change their mind anytime...it's unpredictable.. **In May 2022, USCIS increased EAD auto extension from 180 days to 540 days. **In October 2023, USCIS reverted to 180 days extension. **In April 2024, USCIS again increased EAD extension from 180 days to 540 days. **In XYZ, 20XX, USCIS would probably change its mind again (creating more uncertainty and instability).
