EAD application for derivative - updated
Hello everyone,
I recently applied for AOS and I-765 for myself and my spouse as derivative. My I-765 has been approved but his has not, we did biometrics and everything together.
Has anyone experienced this? And how long did it take to get your derivative’s I-765 approval?
(The second EAD was approved exactly a month after the first)

my derivative’s EAD was approved the next day after our biometric and her AP was approved 4 days after our biometric. My EAD was approved two days after our biometric but my AP is still pending.

My derivative applicants got EAD approval a day before mine. They even got their cards before mine.

@Mokhtar Rashwan there’s no standard. it can take a few weeks or some months
