EAD and Interview
## My biometrics are scheduled for Nov 4, 2025. Based on current trends, how long does EAD approval usually take afterward for EB-2 NIW cases?
## Is processing slightly faster for NIW applicants if clearance is good?
## Also, what’s the likelihood of an interview, especially for dependent daughters over 15 years old and more than 20 yrs of marriage!!!
## Any predictions or shared experiences?

I’m an dependent and filed with my husband on 10/1. USCIS confirmed receipt of our cases on 10/3, and I got biometric appointment notice on 10/17. I rescheduled it to 10/21 and received approval for my EAD card two days later. Just got an update an hour ago that they are producing my card.
No updates on my husband’s case status though besides the original confirmation of receipt🥲Also NIW case and married for 4 years.

I am principal applicant. biometrics done on the 29th of Oct 2025. My derivatives EAD approved on the 30th October 2025. mine is still being processed.

hi Su, I didn't apply 131. I only applied 485 and 765
