EAD after Biometrics?
My biometrics was on Friday (25th April), service centre is NBA. PD: may 17, 2024. Would anyone have any inputs on what the current timeline is looking like for getting a EAD response?
submission date for i485 and i765 is 28th march 2025.

it can be immediate or in a year. they often happen in waves and you can look at case tracker for your IOE block.

before they would atleast approve your EAD while you wait for an interview but lately there is a trend , the EAD won’t get approved until after the interview 🤦🏽♀️

For I-485 is tied to I-1
30 and usually I-130 from filing date to approval date it takes about 17 months, I-765 it takes 5 to 8 weeks for most people, from date of filing.
But there is a new trend that started April, no AED approvals until interview which by then you're good for GC if things go well.

oh, my i130 was may 2024, and i-485 along with ead is mar 28 2025
