@lou ma, from what I know, you cannot file EAD for yourself without being current (AOS EAD). However, if your spouse is on H4, you can submit the H4 EAD based on your approved I140. #Istandtobecorrected

@Rijo Rijo great thank you so much, I am trying to see every option offered to me to decide between a consular processing or the adjustement of statut ! my spouse is not on H4. my petition is not yet approved, I am still waiting but don’t wanna make wrong choices !
