filed all concurrently in may,. still waiting for EAD. what is the best time to expedite the case, now or later. my L1a is maxing in March 22

I’m an EB3, the 140 form was approved in premium (sometime in Oct), short after that I received my bio appointment, which was 4 days ago.

Hi, here are the first couple of digits SRC219015****. They do not go by sequences, I think. I know a person who waits since Oct for bio, while I had my bio and I am a Dec filler. Nobody actually knows how they take the cases for processing.

I agree, they go by date received. Mine is same but a 7 at end which would suggest a lot in front of me - it can’t be tight though.

What was your PD again?

my priority date is May 2019 I believe and my receipt date is Dec 21

So PD for I765 was December?

no such thing as a priority date for EAD, as far as I’m aware of. Only receipt date, and my RD is Dec 2020.

I think they are used as the same thing, my receipt date is February 4th 2020, but biometrics were applied in March from my previous I765.

Mine is 2133950*** based on a pending asylum, on their website says that for that type of case it takes 5 weeks to 7 months on TEXAS service center. Let’s see how that goes🙏🏻
