EAD - Expedite request denied
Hi,
I requested yesterday to expedite my EAD expedite. It got denied today, without asking any evidence.
I did it via Emma, grounded to financial loss.
This is my reason (what I said):
“I’m looking to expedite my EAD as I'm on the verge of losing a job offer. Both I-765 and I-458 applications have been pending for over 180 days. And it’s very unlikely to be adjudicated before the end of year, based on the projected processing times listed on USCIS's website.
In this tough economy, I managed to get a full time job offer with company X. on 06/22/2022, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to join them due to the lack of an approved EAD.
On 08/12/2022 I got another offer, this time from company Y, and it requires me to start soon, on 09/12/2022.”
what is wrong with it?
when is plausible to request expedite again?

Based on a review of your request, your case does not meet one or more of the expedite criteria or otherwise merits expedited processing.

Try again Lucas. The reasons why request are not consistent. I expedited mine and I got approved in 8 days without asking me for any supporting document. I said the same, financial loss, I didn't even say I had a job offer. So try again.

try again . i got denied twice and now they schedule my biometric.you should also state how severe financal situation, like if you will lose your lease .

This is how i ask to expedite via emma: https://www.veed.io/view/06dde2a3-4332-4eca-bdfe-b4e86c86cd51?sharingWidget=true Just type Live agent. once it tells you to view page on how to contact USCIS, type again Live agent.
Then choose CASE STATUS. Emma will then ask for your receipt number and will ask what she can help you with. Type in that you want to expedite and the reason behind then she will connect you to a live agent.
Sometimes there's no representatives available. Usually 8am is the best time to make this kind of request, either via emma or via phone call.

my lawyer had me do an income and expenditure report along with the job offer letter in 2020 and it was approved in 3 days.

Just got my second request denied. I dind't have the chance to send documents.
I have to try to send the request directly to the service center, as suggested by @Not You. Just trying to find how to do it. I couldn't find any link talking about this method.
