E21 category on I-140 Approval for EB2-NIW?
My I-140 for the EB2-NIW was recently approved under premium processing, but it was placed under the E21 classification. I am thinking it should be E26 since I am currently residing and working in the USA under H1B status. Do you have any idea why it was classified as E21?

EB2-NIW is always classified as E21 I believe. Seems normal. I don't think an H1B status impacts EB2-NIW NIW classification.

H1B status has nothing to do with your EB2NIW.
