Please does anyone knows how the E-Verify works. What does it means to get a Tebtative Nonconfirmation, does the TNC affects you from not getting your EAD renewal in time. thank you

means the system could not confirm if you are eligible to work but that doesn’t mean your not eligible either. the result is inconclusive
