e-request status check
Anyone know how to check on e-request status with uscis ? i created a e-request based outside normalnprocessing timelines on Oct 19 2021, i got email confirmation with service request number and i will get reply before Nov 3rd 2021… i am yet to get reply for the request and i couldnt find any resource which tell about how to follow up on e service request.. any help regarding above is appreciated…

based on my experience it’s useless. they didn’t follow up on these requests

chat with live agent on Emma and ask for status update on that service number.

i tried Emma to check the status of e rquest, it is asking to raise anither e-request ☹️

you need to chat with live agent. Emma isn't designed for that.
