Duplicate Notice Mailed
Hey house, I sent my RFE response a 5 months ago which was updated by USCIS as soon as it was received. yesterday I got a status update saying correspondence received and officer is reviewing it. a few minutes later, my status was updated with Duplicate Notice Mailed. I am wondering what might probably be in the notice, is there a possibility that this might be a denial of my case or approval as the only status update I have as at now is Duplicate notice mailed.

@Mac Fredrick I hope it is an approval too but I was assuming that if it is approval, USCIS will update my case status as case approved instead of duplicate notice mailed. hopefully there is a good news coming my way. Has anyone received anything like this before?

@God’s Child I have not received the notice yet, I applied outside the U.S. hopefully my friend receives the notice by the end of the week. does any one have an idea how long it takes for VAWA notices to arrive on the mail?
