@Mary Johnson what’s your field office? This is very scary. smh 🤦♀️
Mary JohnsonFeb 29, 2024
@teetee fabulous🇯🇲❤️🇭🇹 yes and also not true that is beacuse they have to much work bcos plp are getting GC in like 3 months
Mary JohnsonFeb 29, 2024
@Daughter of God my field office is the National benefits one in Missouri they should have one for every state and work for plp of that state. I just don't get how they work. but I've been getting this type of messages from U.S. Department of Homeland Security
3701 Koppers St
Baltimore, MD 21227
I'm from Maryland so I guess they sent my case here. this is not the first time they send me this saying there's nothing wrong with my case and nothing is expected of me just that it's because they have too much workload.
which is not my problem
Perla NFeb 29, 2024
it is insane. wow.
w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸Feb 29, 2024
file a mandamus lawsuit. you need a lawyer and a bunch of money but this is ridiculous. have you gone through congresspeople yet? I would try that first then sue if they don’t respond.
David GFeb 29, 2024
Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"
David GFeb 29, 2024
@w s she can sue in her own as pro se writofmandamususcis.weebly.com

@maria Bennett i just sent an email saying that thanks for the advice. @David G thank you very much I just contact them to help me with the WRIT of mandamus. I will update you guys. God bless you all
Praise wMar 1, 2024
wow , 4 years is definitely a long time . Update us on this post if anything changes after the lawsuit
teetee fabulous🇯🇲❤️🇭🇹Mar 1, 2024
@Mary Johnson Your Service Center is NBC but your field office is in your state. Therefore your case has transferred to the Baltimore field office, because you're in Maryland. That's why your messages are coming from there. You should try reaching out to your Congress person or Senator regarding your case.

Mary JohnsonMar 18, 2024

My RockMar 20, 2024

Mary JohnsonMar 20, 2024
@My Rock no, I never got rfe for medical cuz I sent it together with all the forms, this is my second rfe this one was for some court papers and the first one was for my birth certificate. I wonder if they gonna keep asking for sh***t

Praise wMar 27, 2024
@Mary Johnson congratulations, I just saw the your notification . I am guessing the lawsuit helped
My RockMar 27, 2024
@Mary Johnson
can please share with me how you went about sending such message to USCIS?
...and a very big congrats to you
Mary JohnsonMar 27, 2024
@My Rock you just go to your USCIS account then inbox, then click on outside normal processing time request then you put your info there's a box there's that ask you when was the last action taken on your case. there you allow to write a small paragraph. also if u want them to call you. you can go the your account, then inbox and at the bottom says "new message" there you put your phone number and they call you. they called me. they text you first for you to confirm you available to talk. note that after sending a request gotta wait a few weeks to send another beacuse it doesn't let you send every time u want.
Mary JohnsonMar 27, 2024
@Praise w I didn't sue or anything I just said that I was going to but I didn't do anything but just kept sending requests and messages
My RockMar 27, 2024
