at the end of the form you will see it (sign) make sure you sign it before you submit it

it on the last page of the form before you hit submit

just put your first name and your last name

I did mine 3 months ago and plz make sure you submit all documents if not you will wait another 3 months to get your documents reviewed again it happened to me

make sure you signed it with pen not digital by printing the page out then rescanned it

can signing with pen works or to sign it electronically

there is no place to even sign or print it you just click on the sign and submit button that’s it then print the confirmation page don’t know if mine is different
