DS-260: Son with dual citizenship
On Form DS-260 there is a question about whether I have children and whether my child is immigrating with me to the United States. However, my son is the result of my marriage, my husband is American and I am Brazilian. He was born in Brazil, is a newborn and has dual citizenship. Therefore, American and Brazilian passport. In this case, he doesn't fit in as an immigrant, right?

not sure. If he has birth right I don't think he is but again probably need to ask someone more qualified to deal with these. Goodluck

did you do consular report of birth abroad (CRBA) for your sons US citizenship?
