DS-260 Application
Hello Fam,
I'm filling the DS 260 form. My toddler will be immigrating to the US with me. Do we need to fill a separate application for her?

@Mez 243 thank you for responding. I have a question if the baby is born after I130 is approved does it mean that I have to add the baby as a new applicant ? In any case, if I add the baby to the existing petition then will it delay the process.

@floridaeb3 GC You may have to contact USCIS and request to update your file for the new baby, indicating the child was born after the approval
