In my opinion and based what I’ve read from people online , I think you do need it both the previous marriage certificate and divorce with your current as well. original copies if available. Also when did you submit your document and when did you get DQ ?

just finished my process and my husband was married years before we met and got married. we submitted a copy of the official divorce decree in our initial application package. I had all official documents with me in interview and they didn’t even ask to see it. but it’s best to be safe than sorry

@Shaneika B yeah I’ll have original certified copies for the interview but since I’m already DQ’s do I still upload them?

you can if you want to but I don’t think it’s necessary, just have it on hand for the interview. They are concerned about this current married and the divorce decree from the previous marrriage to ensure it ended properly before he got married again.

@Joyoveranxiety No sorrow I submitted my documents Nov. 11 but was missing a document and sent that Oct. 20th was DQ’d Oct. 30th in Peru. Now I’m just waiting for the interview.

@Rossana Gamarra. I got DQ 2days ago. Mine said the same, however if you look carefully I submitted it and it was accepted. As long as you are DQ, I heard you should ignore the missing documents.
