DQ at NVC
My civil documents have been received by NVC through DHL express on 13 November 1023. NVC timeline is showing that they are reviewing the documents received on 15 November. But I have not received any DQ confirmation email from them, even case status is not changed. is it normal? I have sent query to them. When may I get the email? Expert opinion please.

I'm not an expert but I can tell you my experience. I received an email confirmation 2 weeks after the date that they supposed to review my documents.

Just wait. They will get back to you. Mine took 21 days.
