DONT GIVE UP!!!!
I just want to take this time to thank everyone who share their experiences in this app. It has helped me so much to stay strong and not to give up. Because of that I want to share my experience with you all and hope it may help someone too. I applied for my GC in 2019 and I got denied within 6 months because of my lawyer's fault. I was so devastated but I didn't give up, So I tried again starting all over from scratch. This time I use a legal aid and I applied back in 2020 and today I am so proud and happy to say I have GC in hand. Thanks be to God and to everyonewith their encouragingwords. I hope this will motivate all those that are in the waiting line not to give up but to stay strong because I've been through it and know the feeling that its not a good one but I can assure you that its a good feeling when you get through. So keep the faith because your day is coming too 🙏

@ cantone so they ask for RFE because husband was not making enough money i use someone else and the lawyer sent in that person information but did not send bk my husband tax return with it and for reason they denied it.... I also forgot to mention that after that I filled a i290b to reconsider my case because it was just the tax return missing and also got denied because my lawyer still did not send in tax return. therefore I encourage everyone to look over paper work alot of times and ask questions if not sure of something even if its a lawyer doing it

I got interview date for September it was rescheduled for October 18. I got approved on spot and received my card in hand on October 25.

congratulations , my case was like your but my husband(primary) case was approved 2 month ago but dependent case was not approved we apply same day .. if any body know about this pls give information.
