Don’t get Green Card
I paid for my Green Card on February 10 and came into USA on February 13 No GC so far. The bill they sent me in an email to confirm my payment said: I have successfully paid for … someone with their case number. That’s why I can’t check “my case status” online on USCIS website because it kept telling me: We sent your case to NVC”.. I have called USCIS , called the website my payment went through, filled all the forms to request , but no answer. Again, my daughter passed her interview and coming here next month, I paid her immigrant fee yesterday and AGAIN that happened AGAIN, they took my money and confirmed that I have paid for someone else. I swear that i have filled very carefully every detailed and I can’t be wrong. Cause I am a “paper professor “ When I login on USCIS account online to check and want to pay again even it could be very frustrating but then the system told me all my fee and my daughter fee have been paid! They confirmed that. But I can’t track anything. I tried to track the cases of “someone else “ on USCIS: it showed me exactly the day i paid, and then how GC process… BUT not MINE. What could i do know? Anyone who have the same problem? Where and who i should contact?
