my it’s been approved 8 months and I dinting hear anything yea about 485 or medical form yea? I’m waiting still for any news 🙏

@hope hope & Judson de sa,did both of you receive Approval Notice or VAWA work permit ?

I was asking if both of you received approval notice because I am wondering why they never responded till now

@juan Martinez : mine was approved on February 2024, my status was being shown “ new card was being processed “ until May 2,2024 . But notice was emailed to my attorney office one week after approval. my case is weird . on notice wrote I am ineligible to have ead c31 because I didn’t apply for it at the beginning of submission.

@Judson de Sa : Did you talk with your attorney? is your medical form expired ? my 485 is in none home state. who about yours?

depending on case and location its taking upto 2 yrs now. so don’t worry

I did my lower no give any info and gets mad when I ask !I fight whit them a lot about

I’m in Boston ,and that’s ridiculous,you waiting for I-360 gets approved and now for 485 takes almost same time to gets approved 😤

@Judson de Sa ; my attorney is same as yours. sometime I asked something he rudely told me back to your home country!!!😞I already waited for 38 months to get approval for 360 , uscis is playing with us .

i got 2 rfe on i485 first medical and then the i-864w so be ready for this two rfes. and its been 12 days and still no response since i submitted it

@cl lo ; I didn’t get any of these RFE , you have hope that they will approve your 485 . mine is not

@Hope Hope when was your i360 approved mine was in january my 485 was first fingerprints then i got for my medical then they sent me for the i864w and ita been 11 days waiting and no change. supposedly they update every 30 days on the uscis page so im hoping to hear something in 16 more days

same here. Vawa approved February and no movement on my 485. I’ve contacted uscis Emma and put a request. they said that even though you don’t see updates they are working on your case. I was supposed to receive a response by August but nothing yet. fingers crossed 🤞 hope everything goes well. I haven’t been back home in years. it is so frustrating 🙁

@Hope Hope he didn’t apply for c09 either? it is indeed difficult route and full of frustration and anxiety but remembering one thing that it’s not in my hand has helped me. it will take its time and you beating yourself over it won’t help. so whatever time you have I won’t say focus on yourself and pray for approval
