Does requesting for expedition reset you to the back of the Iine or take you out of “active review” status if your request doesn’t get approved?
Specifically asking for my i765

I am a medical student and I would like to apply for residency this upcoming September. Having an EAD would allow me to apply for programs that are close to home and would allow me to live at home, without an EAD I may have to move across the country which would be devastating for my wife and I. I’m worried that if my request to expedite is not approved, I may lose my current place in line or lose my active review status.
I’m a Canadian born citizen, if that helps.

We did it as as well within 1month I got my card approved and in 2weeks card was delivered to my lawyer! dont mind to do congressmen expediation as nothing to loose!
