Does it stop for airline pilots?
I heard that It has been stoped approval for a pilot.
He(U.S Lawyer) told me some pilots luckly got it until last year by newbie checkers.
Has someone else heard it??

NIW is not restricted to certain professions. what the lawyer is implying is that it might be difficult for pilots to meet the national importance test. typically, if you can demonstrate that you meet the 3 prongs of the NIW there’s nothing stopping USCIS from approving the petition.
