Moving to a new state??? Sure......your case will have to be transferred to the field office in the new state whose processing time will definitely be different from your current state.If it will delay or affect I can't tell but one thing is sure processing times are different per state

@Elle M. - we moved from NY to NJ and all our documents still had to be sent to the Brooklyn FO. As far as a delay, who knows. our 130 has been approved in Feb, waiting for 485 still. It's been over 30 days since they received it.

@D D you wrong , it doesn’t delay the case i moved to 6 state while processing and got approved in same time ppl get approved.

And there's a place I wrote "if it will delay or affect I can't tell" but processing times vary per states and field office Also while you were moving within 6 states were you also changing addresses and filling AR11 too.It will be interesting to know🤣🤣🤣

@Moe Attayeb can I ask you about change address I just got I130 approve notice for my husband it's still be the old address. when u change address do you change your wife address or only your address???
