does anyone understand the meaning behind IOE numbers
i read online that when your IOE number starts IOE - 09 - (eg) 190, your application is made on the 190th day in the computer. my first application on nov 2nd is 181 and my second from april 3rd is 202- there are obviously more than 21 days between them so does anyone understand the breakdown?

IOE simply means you started the case online so any files you submit will be uploaded to that online account. your case may end up at any of the physical service centers for processing. Your notices will show you which one at the bottom of your notice whenever you receive them. my case is IOE but being processed at the NBC @laura v

All IOE are processed at the NBC before they get sent to the field office. Regarding the number breakdown, unlike other service centers, it looks like the IOE are all in order. other service centers break their receipt numbers in random patterns.
