Does anyone tried to travel with Green Card but still have pending I-131 Refugee Travel Doc(P.D 7/20/2022) does CBP will let me back in?I plan meet my wife in Mexico we still have pending I-730 spouse
I-131 RefugeeTD & I-730 still Pending but I'm GC holder for a year now

@jiya p will you resubmit I212 how long you haved been waiting for I-730 mine will be 3 years in March still nothing and do you have lawyer?

Hii @F H I have lawyer but he said now I don’t want to reply to I -212 we have to wait for I-730 interview now it’s really hard for me to wait 😢

@jiya p I also have lawyer and i was advised wait until August will make open inquiry as per USCIS web but your case was much longer try to ask lawyer mandamus follow up search about it

@jiya p i also have lawyer and unfortunately my lawyer said the earliest we can submit inquiry August 2024 as per USCIS been patiently waiting 😭I hope we can get answer I want to see my spouse but I only have greencard no travel document yet
