does anyone know how to expedite a case ?

Hi everyone, I have been thinking to request an expedite request in my case since the health of my mom is bad. So unfortunately my mom has terminal cancer and she’s in her last day :/ and I wanted to apply for an advance parole but I think it is better to request to expedite my case at this point. Does anyone have done that, is there any advice that you guys could give me ? Thank you so much

you have to call and put the request. you will need evidence of her medical health after you sent them the request.

so sorry I feel your pain, call and request to speak to live agent, email may be sent to fax evidence( download a Fax app) get medical records to support your request once all is done, give them a week and call back again if you have not heard back from them.

so sorry to hear that! prepare all the proof regarding your mom's health then call uscis and schedule an info pass appointment. they should be able to provide you a emergency advance parole
