find out who is your local senator for your city and call them

1. Seach on line who is yr congressman in yr zip code . 2. on their site , they will hv a form for u to submit . Or you send an email with yr receipt copy and a brief deception of ur case with case no , receipt date etc . 3. Then they will response to u thru email . ( take less than 48 hrs from mine ) . 4. Then they will ask you fill in and sign a privacy disclosure form to them . ( Both petitioner and beneficiary) 5. Next day my Congressnan already help me fill an enquiry to Uscis fir my pending cases . 6. Like my 2 yrs 10 mth long waiting I131 , after their enquiry to UScis, within 3 days , got APPROVAL ( that’s very amazing ! ) 7. My I 130& I485 Wait another year still pending ( even they help me keep enquiry every month for 11 months long , and sent me each reply from UScis ) 8. Then I got denial of both cases in Sept 11 , 25 . I submitted my own i290 for motion reopen . 9. Again I asked my Congressman to help for expedite . 10. Then less than 2 weeks , on 15 Nov the same day I got the approval of I290 . immediately my 2 cases got re-opened and also approved within 24 hours . ( It is incredibly fast ! ) 11. I believe it was really the magic work from the Congressman’s help , as I heard it would take just for the case approval to reopen over 3- 6 months . then many more months for them to make final decisions . But my case was 21 days only .
