Ny case is still processing,however i was sent an RFE feb of 2022, I never received it, tried all I could, wrote letters, went through congressman and ombudsman, nothing! now my lawyers are filing to get a copy of mt file to make sure there’s nothing there, I will advise you get a good lawyer and file appeal, you have got a good case if denial is solely because of RFE .

@Mr uscis blog no need to wait for an appeal, your lawyer should petition uscis for the “never received rfe or NOID” as soon as possible then file a motion to reopen with new evidence they requested in the RFE.
