Does anyone have the process number starting w/ IOE?
to share my timeline: dec/26 - they received my form 140 dec/30 - reviewed by the uscis thanks!

hello what is with the IOE receipt number? Mine also starts with IOE.

If USCIS is processing your application online, your receipt number will begin with IOE. efilled - Electronics
