@Yancy Ayala First you see a message from USCIS that the case was sent to NVC, that took for me 2 days since the approval, then 2 more days to receive the NVC email with the access codes that you need to get onto the ceac account and pay the fees. Pay separately first the affidavit of support payment then the other one. Then it took me 2 more days to get the PAID confirmation. and immediately I filled the Ds260 and submitted all documents, I had the i864 ready for that time. submit more than you are asked for, use Optional documents, so you are not asked to submit anything else or you will lose time. It's 7 days to get documents approved. But people that are asked to submit something else have to wait 7 days more

that weird because my documents were approved in July 18 and I still have not received any interview yet my lawyer said that I could take up to eight months

@F ⚤ S I found out about the wait time for an interview in my country on a whatsapp group of Ecuador that I belong to where I can chat with other people that are in this process or have already completed it.

@loris caceres The wait time for an interview depends on the embassy and also the type of visa. For immediate categories it takes less time. So in my country it takes 3 months to get the interview letter for immediate categories.

@Yancy Ayala No. Immediate categories don't receive the "60 days" email. That email is sent by NVC to preference categories. And what you say that it doesn't say ready here on the app Lawfully, well no, my case never updated here on this app, not even on the app USA Case Tracker, on Case Tracker only updated til my case was in NVC but never changed to Documentarily qualified or ready. That's why I already uninstalled the app Case Tracker from my phone and one of these days I'll probably uninstall this app Lawfully too anyway I'm just waiting for the interview letter which I'll get in 2 months

@Az der Last tax return transcript and w2 or 1099, total income must match the I-864. Proof of citizenship from petitioner, could be birth certificate or US passport or certificate of naturalization. And divorce decree if applies. If there's need of household member support then the proof of residence is needed. If there's a joint sponsor then you need proof of citizenship, tax transcript and w2/1099 for that person. For benefitiary you need birth certificate, marriage certificate, divorce certificate if applies and police record

@Hamza Abdulsattar hi how are you i never saw your last comment you wrote to me until now. because i uninstalled this app long ago. i reinstalled it now just in case it gives me an update regarding my green card although i know it can take 2 months or more to receive it. it’s been one and a half month since i got to the US. how about you? i dont even know if you still have Lawfully app
