Do I need to take any action
I am from Eb2 India
PD 2011 NOV
FD 2021 NOV
I received combo card in 2022 Mar..
USCIS gave me an RFE in Sep 2023. I came to know in Oct 2023 by congressman req.
I responded to RFE in Oct 2023 but not updates since than.
Raised another congressman inquiry on Jan 2nd and USCIS requested to wait for 30 days and not to raise another request within 60 days.
It's been 41 days I been waiting.
Had GC interview in July 2023.
My status still shows as: We ready to schedule for I-485 interview.
Anyone in the same situation can please suggest me what to do next.

Contact congress or you can sue USCIS for delay on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"
