do I have to pay the $220 dollar for the immigration fees
so my kids were issued IR2 visa and they arrived in the US last month . I received a notice from the uscis asking me to pay the $220 to issue their green cards.
I have read online the children under 18 years can become a US citizenship after they enter the US if one of the parents is a US citizen. so my question is do I have to pay the $220 or just file the n600. #Djibouti #n600 #greencard

I paid 220 the same day my son arrived in the US and he received his green card in 3 weeks time

I didn’t pay for my son under 16. however, for his studies he had to go back to Pakistan, so, on the day of we were flying back, I got notice from uscis that we owed them his green card amount, so, I had to pay.

We didn't pay for my son greencard because he's under age. He was 3 years old when he entered United States. Then we applied him a Us Passport right away.

@Nasser H you can pay it after you receive your visa or after you enter the usa. you can pay it on the uscis website log into ur account click on account actions, pay fee online.

yes pay it when have th gc go to the post office give them the gc and they will sue a passport then any year uou have to issue the ir certificate
