If the marriage is ‘real’ as you are saying then I think you should do your best to help the gentleman… it sounds like he’s having a mental health issue… a trip to a mental health specialist might do him a lot of good… I wish you well and hope you get the help you and your husband need.

@alex A marriage is real I took him to doctor and he says his doctor said “ I am such a bad woman and he needs to divorce me “ I don’t think any medical school ethics tells doctors tell people “ what to do “ this is another lie. I think his family tells him divorce her which is okay for me because I am very tired of having life threatening from them directly or indirectly. might as well let’s divorce don’t sign my gc condition removal. but they don’t accept this too. so I am losing my own mental health to be honest

people don’t know what really happens in other people relationships. you don’t have to explain yourself for them. you know what you have been through! If you are fine about the veracity of your marriage, save and collect all the evidence you have about it. you can file it by yourself. I know may people that couldn’t save their marriage and applied without them. take care of yourself! this is the most important thing!

just read the rest of your statements. He really has a mental problem. Also, he would never take this type of medication and drink alcohol. this is probably why he’s so crazy. I feel bad for you situation, and I understand that reflects on your mental health. seek help!
