Divorce before i-751 approve
my i-751 application is processing to remove my conditional green card but my wife wants to divorce. i don’t know what happens and what I need to do after divorce, but my i-751 is not approved yet, anyone knows, please help me! thank you so much

if you get divorced before it's approved unfortunately you'll have to update USCIS and switch the case type

You can still get approved if your marriage was real and you have proved that your marriage was real you just need to withdraw the 751 that is on file now and file solo you may need help of a lawyer but it is approvable no need to worry

you can file waiver as soon as possible after divorce but don't forget to submit divorce paper
