what happen you have a temporary green card for 9 months now an you are about to get a divorced.. can you still get a 10yrs green card if you are divorced?

Up to what I know yes. if you can prove that your marriage was in good faith and legitimate, but the best to do is to get a lawyer to review your options

@tappa t no it will be difficult to remove conditions and get 10 years green card. This is the whole reason of providing conditions green card for 2 years. consult with lawyer and I agree it can be done as long as you can prove marriage was in good faith and legitimate.
