you will be disappointed for a long time if you think change will come soon, your of won’t be current until a very long time. PD 2022 might not be current until 2026

people with PD 2022 are unable to file I-485 due to retrogression so I guess PD23 will take a long time maybe until 2026 or even 2027 but it all depends on the visa bulletin flow and backlog

PD 2022 is current up to November 22

filing date is currently March 2023 so why its not possible for me to file its july 2023 ?

i am talking about just filing and not about final action ,i just want EAD so atleast i can work ,GC can take time i dontmind

new people don't always know that EB-3 unskilled in the visa bulletins go in a separate line as OTHER WORKERS!
