Nature of the Dismissed Criminal Record: Although the charges were dismissed, certain types of criminal activity, even without a conviction, can raise red flags regarding "good moral character" or create an issue of inadmissibility. For example, if the dismissal was part of a rehabilitative program rather than for a legal defect, immigration authorities might still consider the underlying conduct

So sad!
Good vibes For ever2h
You said it already, he arrived illegaly. People need to understand that arriving illegally is not the way to go to be in this country . They are already aware that their permanent status is not sure at all.
We passed extemsive interviews and backround checks to to get b2 visa and get to the country. Getting illegally is raising possibilities for wild crimes and this administration do not want this. is prioritizing the safety of their citizens so yes, some of us we trust the administration. And even if they ll want me or other to leave the country is their country that we tried to migrate so the desition is not on us.
Is sad that this happen to your friend. Pakistan and Indian peoole are usually very good peoole.
I wish him good luck

it seems he has a lot of red flags including his country is also in the list of non welcome countries (19 countries) as I see it on the news. who knows maybe he did something wrong there. anyway good luck!

The reason why he got detained is because he entered Illegally and after his i360 approval the only way to get GC through that is by going back to your home country and do consular processing from there. i360 is different from i485, he has a ground to adjust but he came in illegally without being paroled and if it’s not asylum, his processing should have been he going out of the country if he has i131 and get paroled back into the US to be able to adjust with i485 in the country. So going to that interview was his fault in this administration his Lawyer or he himself knowing he entered illegally should have known better
God is everywhere now
@Jah Bless you sure? about this can we bring him back?
