Derivatives approved while primary is still under review.
am a Beneficiary of Vawa Approved in May 2023 and my derivatives' 485 was approved in January 2024 but my 485 is still under review. I have done e-request and I got a reply saying it's under review and they can not say precisely when it's going to be approved. our concurrent filing date was in August 2020. Is there anyone else with this kind of experience?

Pretty long wait. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"
