derivative 485
Hi - my husband got his green card approved 4 days ago. I am on H4 visa and we filed all docs simultaneously but mine wasn’t approved yet. Can somebody give me timeline of their derivatives applications as I thought that we would get 485 approved at the same time?

did status changed to card was mailed? or it’s just “case was approved”? if it is just approved status, you might get approved too.

which service center is your 485 case.Did he received the green card in mail.If you are also in same service center ur case will approve soon.If your case is in another service center it may approve later.

my husband’s got approved in April at NBC, and we had also applied together and I got RFE (sharing life together) and its moved to different office and status is rfe received from past 3 weeks

for him it only says that case was approved

485 is moved from nebraska to national benefits for both of us on the same date :(

i am in same situation, primary approved and derivative remains pending. No help from Emma - anything we can do to get USCIS attention? we are current since 1.4 years
