dependent employment based485 still pending
Primary was approved, but dependent 485 is still pending with the “… fingerprints applied…” status. cases to NBC were transferred at different dates, which may have caused the separation. it’s been a week since the primary was approved. Both applications were submitted together. Do you guys know how long it takes for adjudication of dependent 485? Any others in the same situation?

I'm a dependent on my wife's case, hers got approved in mid November 2022, mine is still pending. Last updated October 2022 "...fingerprints applied.."

@P G Still current, I was told that I'm within normal processing time too... Good luck to you, I hope you don't have to wait so long, doing this to families is just stupid..

@P G @Green Green any updates on either of your cases? I'm in a similar boat where I got approved as primary last week but my husband is still pending.
My concern is that we will be impacted by retrogression starting August so I'm anxious about delays that go beyond the next few weeks 😓 No guarantees that PD will be back to current after October
