Denied without even notice for intent to deny
Sadly I just received update that my minor son under my application was denied, I do t know that reason but seriously I am heartbroken. I have not received any update on my own application and I am waiting for the notice to appear on our account to find out the reason.

don’t give up and don’t lose hope I got denied back 2021 and I just reapplied I believe god
will find me a way out, tomorrow make it exactly 7 years

@unknown unknown @Jonice Taylor-Barnes I have seen the denial notice,they said we didn’t include the joint sponsor’s tax return in the notice which is a big lie. the joint sponsor is my elder bro,we even included his tax transcript and went over every detail with our attorney bit by bit before mailing it to USCIS. it is crazy they are denying him based on not receiving something I am 100 percent sure we included.

Pls engage the services of an immigration attorney. According to what you said, the error is on USCIS' part .

@D DAY I have been working with an immigration attorney, she will handle the case now.It is definitely from their part because we went through the required documents one by one before mailing it to them.
