Denied over 1.25 years of waiting, with an immigration lawyer helping
Concerned that the immigration officer and didn't even look at our paperwork and all the evidence we submitted with the help of an expensive immigration lawyer waited 1.25 years for nothing, our immigration system still runs on snail mail, and they could easily just send information through an email or update on the site, it's an easy fix, yet people are flooding the boarder for asylum and people who choose to do the right thing get screwd.

but you did receive an RFE did the lawyer sent all the documents uscis was asking for ??? I am really sorry it’s a long wait to get denied

during covid US and Phillipines both were locked down had to cancel.my flight they were making exceptions for covid to wave the meet first conditions however after the restrictions were waved we immediately met and sent proof still got denied on the requirement to meet first you can't have an online relationship first even for extended amounts of time say 5 year's I think my lawyer was predatory and knew that they could just take my money so don't do what I did.
