Decison
I had my affirmative asylum interview, then picked decision after 2 weeks , sent to Immigration court after the AO noted in my decision that I have a well founded fear and determined to be a refugee, what are my chances to get approved at the immigration court, hearing won’t be until 2017.

The AO noted they advise i should move to another part of my country, even when I mentioned no where was safe, I guess i was sent to court because I was out of status when i applied for asylum

@#Cute kid if I were you I’d move out of Texas to immigrant friendly state.
Texas immigration court is less lenient.

did you apply within a year of entering USA?

@EB Okta , yes I did applied within 1year but after 6 months that we are allowed to stay in legal status.
