mine is more than 70 days with PP

they received my RFE response 91 days ago. without premium processing so far no news how many months do you think it will take?

it depends! I’m still waiting since set 2024, or 551 days ago. PD set 2023. 😵‍💫

When was your PD if you didn't do premium?

my response rfe is more than 10 months without PP, my status is in Case Is Still Being Processed By USCIS

people say that switching to premium, chances to be denied is higher. do you agree ?

@tv tv right! my lawyer says the same. That’s why I didn’t upgrade to PP.

@tv tv My lawyer said that it doesn’t matter, and there are a lot of positive cases with PP.

Timelines depends on how you filed your application and what field office your case is being processed in. If you filed PP then USCIS typically issues a decision with in 45days and if regular processing it typicallys takes 60 or more days.
