hi Jain.. just to give you a piece of mind .. it takes 2-3 months after the receipt of your RFE and that’s what a live agent told through EMMA last Wednesday. my RFE response was accepted on May 10th, so I took for granted that “threshold “ was just random, as I was very close to arrive to the end of my 3rd month (August 10th).. surprisingly, I got greened the following day, August 8th.. so, I suggest not to think too much a bout it and let the next 2 /3 months pass, and you will see you ll get it.. if not sooner 😉.. wishing you the best

Well depends, same reason i got rfe sent it back in 2 weeks fot response and 6 months later they get back and scheduled interview, so basically, it can take one week to 6 months

@Pritesh Jain Was it just RFE to send birth certificate again as is? or for something else in the birth certificate? We have name discrepancies for all 3 in family. We sent affidavits along with birth certificates. Status is in CRP. Bit worried.

@jef GC after responding to birth certificate rfe they put me in CRP then they issued another medical and marriage rfe. will submit it this week
